About Crystal Lee Butler, MBA
Your marketing keeps getting pushed to the bottom of the list. You know it matters, but clients come first, and the day runs out. CMS exists to fix that. We build and manage your entire marketing system — strategy, execution, and follow-through — so it actually gets done, stays consistent, and works within compliance. No handoffs to figure out on your own. No DIY templates. We handle it.
Crystal earned her MBA from Francis Marion University and started her career at Armstrong Wealth Management Group, where she played a key role in growing the firm by 26% during challenging economic times. In 2011, she founded Crystal Marketing Solutions with her former employer as her first client.
Over the past two decades, Crystal has led a virtual team focused on one thing: building customized, compliance-friendly marketing systems for financial advisors. Her approach integrates digital and traditional methods to help advisors strengthen client and referral relationships while freeing up time for the work that actually grows their practice.
She's worked with independent advisors, LPL-affiliated firms, and niche practices long enough to know what works in this industry — and what's a waste of time and money.
